Regular activity has a host of benefits during pregnancy, from improving your mood and self-image, to boosting energy levels, reducing stress and helping you sleep.

But what are the facts on cycling whilst pregnant? We asked the experts for their advice and opinions so you can feel confident as you make your own decision.
So why not join in? Keep active during the Coronavirus outbreak.
